This role involves reviewing business requirement specifications, ensuring alignment between business objectives and current or future technology capabilities, and defining technology solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple technology partners for end-to-end solution design, analyzing pros and cons of different approaches, and overseeing stakeholder management.

Essential qualifications include expertise in solution design and project management, stakeholder engagement, thorough knowledge of Telecom IT BSS systems, and good understanding of telecom business processes and priorities.

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT BSS domain
  • Engineering/Technology graduate from a reputable institution
