Job Title: ClickHouse Support Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled ClickHouse support specialist to join our team. As a front-line representative, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and continuously improving our support playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage and resolve Level 1-3 support tickets for ClickHouse clusters.
- Diagnose query performance issues, configuration errors, and hardware faults.
- Perform root-cause analysis and document permanent fixes.
- Elevate complex issues to administrators or architects when necessary.
- Maintain and update support documentation and runbooks.
- Monitor SLAs and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in a database or infrastructure support role.
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, including SQL tuning and query profiling.
- Solid Linux troubleshooting skills (logs, systemd, kernel parameters).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Strong customer-service mindset and clear written communication.
