As a senior technical leader, you will foster technical excellence and drive business growth by leveraging your deep understanding of digital design technologies, particularly Design for Test (DFT), Synthesis, or related domains. You will thrive in dynamic, high-impact environments, leading engineering teams, inspiring innovation, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and expanding the Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India.
  • Defining, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our offerings align with customer requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product development, roadmap planning, and process enhancement.
  • Overseeing multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

The impact you will have includes championing customer success by delivering best-in-class DFT solutions, accelerating time-to-market for semiconductor leaders.

To succeed in this role, you need extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies. Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs. Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.

Essential qualifications include a BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
