Job Summary

As a key member of our organization, you will drive the implementation of data analytics reports and dashboards to optimize data review. You will work closely with users to establish robust user specifications and collaborate with programmers to deliver high-quality output.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into logical models and provide direction to the development team to translate business logic.
  • Lead the authoring of user requirements documents, functional specifications, and functional testing scripts.
  • Proactively identify and address needs for optimal data review, collaborating with users and programmers as necessary.
  • Implement and execute robust project plans for timely delivery, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Provide coordination between project resources to meet deadlines on deliverables.
  • Drive the development of appropriate user training.
  • Drive all necessary change management activities related to the implementation of new data review tools/reports, focusing on data cleaning, review, and visualization.
  • Report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to products within 24 hours of receipt.
