Remote Insurance Scheduling Specialist

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, we are seeking an Insurance Scheduling Representative to join our team.
This is a remote position where you will engage with warm leads, follow a simple script, and help people schedule informational calls with licensed insurance professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.
- Introducing our service and assisting with scheduling appointments.
- Following a step-by-step script to guide conversations.
- Tracking call results and updating statuses in the CRM system.
- Meeting daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to stay positive on calls.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
- Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
