Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully resolving complex claims and maintaining accurate documentation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AR calling in US healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of oncology-specific coding, modifiers, and payer guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EOBs, remittance advice, and claims adjudication process.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish contact with insurance companies to follow up on oncology-related claims and resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
  2. Analyze and review denied or underpaid oncology claims, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  3. Ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims, resubmissions, and appeals.
  4. Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical teams to address claim discrepancies.
