The Outbound Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing and executing world-class outbound campaigns that drive revenue growth. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaign plans aligned with business objectives and Ideal Customer Profiles.
Critical Responsibilities:
- Develop multi-channel outbound campaign strategies to achieve maximum ROI
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for improved performance
- Design and execute A/B tests to refine messaging, targeting, and cadence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze campaign metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Coach team members on best practices for outbound marketing
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1-3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency in CRM and outbound automation tools
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
