Channel Partner Acquisition Manager

As a Business Development Manager - Channel Partner, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners in your designated zone. Your primary goal will be to build a strong network of real estate brokers and develop partnerships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to channel partners to build influence and ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads.
- Maintaining the highest level of quality in leads, ensuring that each lead shared by the channel partner results in an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
- Following up with internal team members to ensure timely action on customer requests.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of a graduation degree or similar qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience working with real estate channel partners.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business.
- Great sales skills with the ability to connect with channel partners and end customers.
- A two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language.
- High motivation, target-driven, and flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
