Private Equity Fund Manager

As a Private Equity Fund Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management and analysis of private equity funds.

  • Manage and analyze portfolio details for various private equity funds to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Review cash flows and quarterly/financial reports to provide valuable insights into PE fund performance.
  • Calculate fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, and valuation/leverage multiples.
  • Track operational KPIs and updates on a quarterly basis to ensure seamless performance monitoring.
  • Reconcile portfolio-level operational data, including geographical presence, headquarters, and portfolio leverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain information on time and communicate effectively with clients regarding task status.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess post-graduate qualifications (CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, CAIA, or equivalent).
  • Hold 1-10 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with research experience and expertise in management reporting, operational finance, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Access, which is an added advantage.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and produce high-quality work products while working independently.
  • Display initiative and willingness to learn, taking on responsibilities as a contributing team member in lead or backup roles.
  • Prioritize a large workload, managing multiple tasks and details simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
