
Healthcare Insurance Portfolio Manager

- Responsible for servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Studying the client's existing portfolio and consulting with them on managing their risks.
- Gap analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms, and negotiating with insurers.
- Client retention at 100%.
- Preparing proposals for client presentations and assisting clients with roadshows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.
- Booking and invoicing of business on time.
- Coordinating with other practices for exploring portfolio level penetration in client relationships (Cross-sell for other Non-EB portfolios).
- Interacting with risk insurance markets and sourcing best solutions for clients.
- Ensuring documentation and policy issuance as per SLA discussed.
- Renewal tracking and timely reminders for premium payment to ensure insurance continuity.
- Providing continuous assistance to clients with query related to claims.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders for execution of deliverables for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skill traits.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance industry or TPA.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and good communication skills. You should have a background in leadership roles and be able to work effectively with diverse client cultures.
Max Experience: 10 years, Compensation between 12 to 20 lacs.
