Job Description:

EcoSys Implementation Specialist.

Implement and configure EcoSys Hexagon for project portfolio management and controls to support projects across various industries. Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance project visibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure EcoSys portfolios, projects, contracts modules, design cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheet budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EVM calculations, variance analysis, and dashboards. Implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals and KPIs.
  • Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems to enable single-source reporting.
  • Develop portfolio and project dashboards, KPIs, cost schedule performance, funding vs actuals, leveraging EcoSys reports, and align to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance requirements into EcoSys processes, gates, approvals, auditability, author SOPs, Runbooks, and conduct user training.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 - 10 years in PPM Project Controls, with 3 years hands-on EcoSys configuration and administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM. Experience with monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS or similar ETL ability to define source-to-EcoSys mappings.
  • Reporting skills, including EcoSys native, Power BI, Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modeling fundamentals, Agile delivery, Scrum, SAFe.
