Role Overview

As a seasoned technology leader, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge AI SaaS platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the technical direction of a forward-thinking organization and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement secure, scalable features that align with our product vision.
  • Design fault-tolerant architectures, integrating multi-agent LLM workflows, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
  • Champion CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CDK), automated testing, observability, and cost-effective cloud operations.
  • Mentor junior engineers, establish coding standards, lead architecture reviews, and facilitate sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with Product, DevRel, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact releases every 2-3 weeks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in building production SaaS applications; 3 years in Python back-end development (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React (hooks, TS).
  • Expertise in deep SQL and Postgres tuning, as well as distributed systems knowledge (caching, queues, event-driven design).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS/Lambda, S3, Aurora, IAM) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • A proven track record of shipping at >1 M MAU or >10K TPS scale.
  • Strong DSA, design patterns, code review, and mentoring skills.
