- Arrange travel and accommodations, booking train and flights as per team needs in remote areas.">
- Coordinate vendors (food, vehicle, projector etc.) across the country to support program needs.">
- Negotiate best rates for services, ensuring quality delivery.">
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.">
- Be available to answer employee queries on travel updates.">
- Book meeting rooms as required.">
- Distribute and store correspondence (letters, emails, packages).">
- Supervise, monitor and guide junior staff.">
- Support other teams with day-to-day requirements.">
- Ensure venue/hall bookings for quarterly/annual reviews, events etc.">
- Perform any other office and administrative tasks assigned.">
