Hair Transplant Assistant

The Hair Transplant Team requires a skilled Nurse to assist surgeons during hair restoration procedures. Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and smooth execution of surgical techniques are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare the operation theater for hair transplant procedures (FUE), ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are available.

•Assist the surgeon during graft extraction, dissection, counting, and implantation, maintaining strict aseptic and sterilization protocols at all times.

•Provide pre-operative patient preparation and counseling, educating patients about what to expect during the procedure.

•Monitor patient vitals and comfort throughout the procedure, addressing any concerns promptly.

•Educate patients about post-transplant care, including medication and recovery instructions.

•Maintain detailed patient records and procedure logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

•Handle emergency situations during or after the procedure efficiently, prioritizing patient safety above all else.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration, highlighting excellent hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.

•Prior experience in dermatology / cosmetic surgery / OT nursing preferred, with knowledge of hair transplant techniques (FUE) an advantage.

•Strong communication and patient-handling skills, with ability to work long surgical hours with focus and precision.
