The Team Member Planning supports the planning function by assisting in data collection, schedule updates, and progress reporting at the site. The role involves working closely with the planning engineer to ensure timely and accurate documentation of physical progress, resource deployment, and coordination among execution teams for efficient project monitoring.

  • Assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly progress records in coordination with execution teams, including capturing physical and financial progress on-site.

  • Collect and validate field-level data on activities such as concrete pouring, steel erection, masonry, finishes, MEP works, etc., and update progress trackers.

  • Support the preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) by providing accurate data and photographs.

  • Coordinate with the stores and procurement teams to ensure material delivery status is updated and linked with the project schedule.

  • Help update and maintain lookahead schedules (3-week/1-month) and monitor their implementation on-site with support from the Planning Engineer.
