Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jamnagar for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office records, and providing support to executives. Additional responsibilities include clerical tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills such as organization, filing, and document management
- Ability to work in a dynamic office setting with multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in common office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
