We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Analytics:
  • Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation:
  • Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis:
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyse compensation data.
  • Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
Learning & Development (L&D):
  • Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
Collaboration with COEs:
  • Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.
  • Engage with L&D and C&B teams on cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
