Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. This role involves organizing and managing HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files both physically and digitally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Organize and manage all HR-related documents, including contracts, reimbursement forms, and personnel files.
  • Support the preparation of HR-related documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and leave tracking systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on a day-to-day basis and assist with ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribute to compliance and audit preparation activities.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Help maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate internal events and meetings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective collaboration with the HR team and other stakeholders.
