This role involves ensuring the quality of products and services by developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

You will conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Independent TPI handling
  • Document control (GAD, ITP, procedure, ISO documentation, inspection reports, NCR-CAPA)
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to meet quality specifications
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Ensuring workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
  • Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
  • Maintaining rejection and rework records
  • 5S monitoring at the department

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Mechanical engineering or an equivalent diploma with relevant experience.

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality Assurance/Control, or a similar field is required.

Familiarity with Codes (ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII) and ISO knowledge are essential.

Teamwork, interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, and attention to detail are necessary for this role.

Bonus qualifications such as certifications in quality control and assurance, experience in manufacturing or construction sectors, and knowledge of statistical analysis software would be beneficial.
