Marketing Cloud Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, onboarding, and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Data teams to drive CRM segmentation, personalization, and real-time messaging strategies.
  • Establish triggered communications and drip workflows based on user lifecycle, application behavior, and transactional triggers.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, conduct quality assurance testing, and manage data flows across integrated systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead scoring to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in campaign governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing with at least 3 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud-specific roles.

- Proven experience deploying automated, multi-touch campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.

- Working knowledge of AMP script, SQL, and data extensions.

- Strong analytical and QA skills with proficiency in campaign reporting and attribution models.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
