Job Title: Operational Excellence Head Chemicals

As a seasoned Operational Excellence professional, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of Regulatory, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Systems (QMS/IMS), and Operational Excellence specialists.

  • Oversee and mentor site-based functions for QA, QC, and Operational Excellence across multiple manufacturing locations.
  • Lead and integrate Business Excellence initiatives across Business Processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and evolving stakeholder requirements.
  • Mentor employees in setting financial targets and budgets, and monitor performance against them.
  • Drive improvement initiatives across functions, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions through Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean, and other Continuous Improvement frameworks.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to address quality-related queries, resolve issues, and support strategic quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance across all operating geographies and maintain a robust audit-ready environment.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to business continuity, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate industry-leading best practices, benchmark current processes, and drive changes for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on cost optimization, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization, encouraging employee participation and establishing mechanisms for structured feedback and learning.
