
IT Service Excellence Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Operations Manager to lead our IT service operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our IT services are delivered to the highest standard, aligned with customer expectations and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage IT service performance to ensure alignment with SLAs and customer expectations.
- Manage incidents, problems, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Apply best practices in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Lead and manage team performance, including roster planning, attendance, and performance appraisals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive service improvements and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, escalations, and resolution paths.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT service operations management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex IT service issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
