Job Title: Customer Service Liaison
Job DescriptionThis role is for an experienced candidate who has worked in front desk management or similar roles in upscale hotels.
- Day-to-day operations management involves handling day-to-day Front Desk duties, check-ins/outs, billing, and responding to inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a hospitality attitude, and aptitude, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment is essential.
Additional responsibilities include implementing policies, systems, and processes, performing tasks as needed during peak workloads, and covering absences.
Preferred qualifications include a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Hotel Management, accompanied by at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a 4-5 star hotel.
