Merchant Acquiring Risk Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage risk exposure in our merchant acquiring operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in fraud detection and analysis, with a strong understanding of payment aggregator business, UPI fraud, and MS Excel.

  • Review transactions for suspicious activity and detect fraudulent merchants using advanced analytical skills.
  • Analyze documents and verify merchant behavior to prevent financial losses.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders and inform rule creation for merchant monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and MOs to anticipate and prevent merchant fraud.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in fraud detection and analysis.
  • A strong understanding of merchant acquiring, payment aggregator business, and UPI fraud.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, including filters, pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions.
  • Coding skills in SQL are a plus.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Statistics, or Econometrics is preferable.
