Service Leadership RoleKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of service engineers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for preventive maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the supply team to maintain stock levels and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address real-time issues.
Team Management and Leadership Skills:
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of service engineers to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive results-oriented behavior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of exceptional people management abilities and customer experience skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
Growth Opportunities:

A successful Service Head can progress to senior roles such as Senior Service Head or Head of Service Design & Strategy.
