Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Repair and Maintenance Manager, based in Gurugram. The manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of Zypp Electric's fleet of electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the availability of parts and tools, managing maintenance records, and coordinating with other departments to optimize fleet performance.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in EV maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Experience in fleet management and maintenance scheduling
  • Knowledge of IoT and AI technologies relevant to EVs
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills
  • A background in mechanical or electrical engineering is beneficial
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
