Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Battery Manufacturing Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes of battery systems, implementing and optimizing manufacturing engineering methods, collaborating with mechanical engineers, and ensuring efficient machining processes. The role involves day-to-day tasks including process improvement, quality control, and ensuring operational efficiency in the battery manufacturing line.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Knowledge in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with Machining
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is mandatory
