Business Operations Coordinator

A dynamic and detail-oriented administrative professional is required to provide support to our finance and operations teams. This role involves preparing and processing invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve queries with internal teams/vendors.
- Maintain invoice records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
- Proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination.
- Graduation plus relevant administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit competency in Microsoft Office applications.
This role will involve working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
