Job Title: On-Site Operations Coordinator

Our team is seeking a skilled and resourceful operations coordinator to oversee project deployments across the North India region.

This role requires extensive travel, direct interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Project Setup & Execution: Coordinate field operations for new and ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Site Management: Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and coordinate logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure effective communication.
  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved and challenges faced.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure or technical service domains).
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
