We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our performance marketing efforts. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on analytics and can balance strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, taking ownership of performance deliverables.
  • Solve growth challenges through strategic planning and upselling new solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and beyond.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and performance tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on growth.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously with ownership.
