Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to oversee the hotel's engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with our organization's mission, vision, and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and possess excellent leadership skills. You will be expected to manage the engineering department, ensuring superior service and quality, while continually improving hotel operations and adhering to brand standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the development of business strategies and implementing plans to achieve hotel goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the hotel engineering department to support achievement of hotel objectives
  • Monitoring status regularly and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Managing the engineering department and third-party vendors to ensure superior service and quality
  • Developing and implementing quality control programs
  • Reviewing contracts and negotiating revisions to contractual agreements

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting plans and contract terms with the engineering team, management, clients, and vendors
  • Maintaining Responsible Business programs and training for the hotel
  • Managing hotel renovations and coordinating project status with regional technical services office, architects, licensing agencies, contractors, and hotel management

B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
