About Senior Backend Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced backend developer to architect and build the robust infrastructure for our real-time holistic health consultation platform. The successful candidate will design scalable APIs and services for live health consultations, prescription management, e-commerce for herbal products, and AI-driven wellness recommendations.

As a senior backend engineer, you will be responsible for building secure and scalable backend services, optimizing databases, developing well-documented APIs, and implementing caching strategies to ensure high uptime for live consultations and transactions.

You will work closely with data scientists to integrate AI wellness assistants, enabling smart recommendations and symptom triaging. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers, Ayurvedic experts, and frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of backend development experience, strong expertise in Node.js and Python, hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases, and proven track record in building production-grade APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulletproofing system architecture & design for real-time video/audio consultations and wellness tracking.
  • Optimizing database management for secure health records, doctor profiles, and product inventory.
  • Developing well-documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs for mobile and web apps.
  • Implementing performance and scalability strategies to minimize downtime for live consultations.
  • Collaborating with data scientists to integrate AI wellness assistants for symptom triaging.

Requirements:
