We are seeking a results-driven marketing specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms in the healthcare sector.

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms to drive patient leads and brand visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare regular reports.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Stay updated on healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies.">

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.">
