Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to spearhead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, launch, manage, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness in the US market.
  • Design and implement audience targeting strategies tailored to the nuances of the US market.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on data-driven analytics.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Ensure efficient campaign spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics and attribution models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare marketing is beneficial.
