About the Role

We are seeking an analytically sharp and creatively driven Performance Marketing Manager based in our Dubai office, who will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Owning the paid media strategy, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and continuously optimizing for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborating with the design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitoring industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and AdMob.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • A strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.

Relocation Required

Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
