Administrative Support Professional

We are a fast-growing startup based in Dehradun, seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide high-level support to our founder. As the right-hand person, you will be responsible for managing daily customer queries, maintaining a brand calendar, coordinating with freelancers, and ensuring smooth execution across all business aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer queries (WhatsApp, Instagram, email) within 24 hours
  • Maintain brand calendar for sales, launches, and shoots
  • Coordinate with freelancers (editors, photographers, UGC creators)
  • Keep inventory updated, assist with website uploads
  • Manage influencer/brand collaborations and follow-ups
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
  • Experience in fashion, jewellery, or e-commerce is a plus
