Position Title: Accounts and Finance Manager

Experience Required: 10+ years exp

Location : Dehradun

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Manager with a proven track record in the IT and Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Monitor cash flow, banking, and treasury functions, ensuring optimal use of funds.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

Prepare and present accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to align financial planning with business goals.

Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, tax authorities, and auditors.

Evaluate and improve accounting systems, ERP tools, and financial procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), taxation, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CA / CPA / CMA / MBA in Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
