Transaction Advisory Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Advisory Services professional to join our team. This role requires 4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, preferably involving financial due diligence.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients including C-level executives. They will also have strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP, familiarity of the M&A process and market, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

The candidate will be responsible for assessing business risks and opportunities, advising on acquisitions and restructuring, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. They will work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity and participate in client meetings while interacting with top-level management.

Requirements for Successful Candidate:

  • CA or CPA(US) certifications with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CFA(US) Level I or II would be an added advantage
  • 4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, preferably involving financial due diligence
  • Exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients including C-level executives
  • Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP, familiarity of the M&A process and market
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to flourish and be effective in fast-paced settings
  • Flexibility to work as a team member and as a single contributor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
