Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist. The role is located in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing financial data, assessing investment opportunities, managing accounting aspects related to mergers and acquisitions, and performing detailed financial analyses. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of M&A transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform detailed financial analyses
  • Experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Proven expertise in Due Diligence processes
  • Knowledge of Investments and assessing investment opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
