Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting customers with ZHotel bookings by sharing property details, availability, and pricing.
- Handling calls, messages, and inquiries from potential guests or partners.
- Managing and updating reservation records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinating with internal teams for booking confirmations.
- Providing follow-up and support on customer queries and resolving concerns proactively.
Requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
