Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of Zendesk administration. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day management of our help desk instance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Configure and maintain applications within Zendesk to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop workflow configurations that drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Review triggers, automations, views, and macros to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
  • Pull and interpret audit logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards to support key performance indicators (KPIs) and business decisions.
  • Define and maintain agent roles based on business requirements.
  • Monitor and manage agent permissions to ensure appropriate access.
  • Manage agents, including creating, deactivating, and role reassignment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Zendesk System Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk Suite apps (Talk, Chat, and Sell) is highly valued.
  • Experience working in multi-brand environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Strong team player, able to work with minimal or no supervision.
