Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking a technically sound SAP SuccessFactors expert to join our internal IT team as an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and configuring core SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.

The successful candidate will directly support the Business HR team in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Business HR stakeholders/Product Owner to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support secondary modules such as Learning Management System and reporting as required.
  • Document changes, updates, and issue resolutions following internal IT change management protocols.
  • Coordinate with SAP Support for any escalated technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM.
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management System and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience working within an internal IT team setup, supporting HR business functions.
