Job Title: Cloud Architect Advisory

This is a high-level role that involves planning, designing and guiding customers about their SAP Landscape.

  • The primary responsibility of the architect is to plan and design the customer's landscape, taking into account their specific requirements and needs.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with the SAP presales team to understand customer requirements for their landscape and create a to-be landscape architecture/design based on those requirements.
  • As part of this role, the CAA team member will be responsible for discussing the landscape architecture (setup & build process, dependencies etc.) with Customer leaders & their technical team.
  • This role requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect, some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Bill Of Material Review & Analysis - Reviewing the technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate that no obsolete version product (ECC etc.) is selected to build on SAP RISE platform.
  • Providing feedback to the Sales Team on Bill Of Material to confirm if selected product and version is available to build.
  • Performing technical validation of customer landscape to validate Product version build viability.
  • Analyzing Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/sizing.
  • Working closely with Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be.
  • Sizing the to-be Landscape for Migrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with 6+ years of experience in SAP Basis, SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills, Migration/Upgrades and Experience on Any Cloud (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) who possess strong communication skills, are able to articulate complex technical information and have a customer-facing background.
