Job Description

This is a senior-level role in the Cloud Architect Advisory team, which is an elevated position for SAP Basis consultants.

The primary responsibility of the Architect is to plan and design SAP landscapes for customers and guide them on their SAP RISE Platform setup.

The Cloud Architect Advisory team member works closely with the sales/account executives team to understand customer requirements and create a to-be landscape architecture/design based on SAP product/infrastructure selection.

They must discuss the landscape architecture (setup & build process, dependencies etc.) with customer leaders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate that no obsolete version products are selected
  • Providing feedback to the Sales Team on Bill Of Material to confirm availability of selected products and versions
  • Performing technical validation of customer landscapes to ensure product version build viability
  • Analyzing Early Watch Reports and Technical Data to validate hardware selection/sizing
  • Working closely with Sales Teams on architecture, landscape, and to-be sizing
  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature: preparing technical assessments, conducting workshops, and providing delivery with key information during the sales cycle
  • Customer Deal Support – Post Signature: onboarding questionnaire support, answering questions related to delivery, and providing turnover to delivery of key items

This role offers scope for learning new technologies, access to internal training materials, and exposure to various build architectures.
