Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, integration and optimization of Opcenter solutions across our manufacturing landscape.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management and RD&L modules, with proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency and strategic alignment across enterprise systems.

  • Lead the design, configuration and customization of Opcenter solutions.
  • Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs and work orders.
  • Utilize middleware and APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Integration: Lead the design, configuration and customization of Opcenter solutions.
  • Module Implementation: Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN.
  • Enterprise Alignment: Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • System Integration: Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs and work orders.
  • Data Exchange: Utilize middleware and APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Opcenter Expertise: Experience with Opcenter RD&L, LIMS and CALVIN for lab workflow management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
