About Cluster Head MM

As a senior leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape the experience of e-commerce users in India and globally. You'll be responsible for onboarding and training partners, managing operations, and driving key metrics.

About the Role:
  • Owning the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations.
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis.
  • Tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster.
  • Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational processes.
  • Owning and driving key operational metrics end-to-end and achieving performance targets.
What You Need:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Middle Mile operations.
  • Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Middle Mile and sorting operations.
  • Experience of having worked in areas of Vizag in similar capacity would be a plus.
