Job Description

The primary function of this role is to foster a positive and productive work environment by enhancing employee engagement and experience throughout their lifecycle. This involves conducting regular structured connects with employees, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

This position will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals and fostering clear communication channels among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement effective engagement programs to promote a positive work environment.
    • Design and manage the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including recognition events and team connect initiatives.
    • Conduct structured connects with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
    • Generate and present regular reports on engagement metrics, attrition trends, and employee feedback to relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Surveys and Insights
    • Design and administer employee surveys to gather feedback and derive actionable insights.
    • Analyze survey results to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Transparent Communication
    • Foster clear and transparent communication with employees across all levels.
    • Implement effective communication channels, such as Slack, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with the broader talent management strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
