Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant to lead our Oracle SCM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP Application functionality and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management).
  • Perform functional analysis, application gap analysis, and create design documentation (use cases, scope docs, business process mapping, functional designs).
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory management, product data management, demand & supply planning, shipping & transportation management.
  • Hands-on experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations (Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Demand & Supply Planning).
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.

  • Experience in managing or leading teams.
