Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Infor M3 Supply Chain Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Infor M3 and a deep understanding of supply chain processes within a GxP-validated environment. This role involves managing integrations with specialized software applications, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:System Configuration: Configure and maintain Infor M3 modules related to supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring alignment with company standards and core models. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with GxP regulations. Integration Management: Manage integrations between Infor M3 and specialized software applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.

User Support: Provide functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to maximize system utilization. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations. Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with GxP regulations and company policies.

Project Management: Lead and participate in supply chain-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Delivery Organization: Support successful implementation and maintenance of Infor M3 solutions within the delivery framework. ERP Rollout Roadmap: Execute the ERP rollout roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless deployment across various regions.

Leadership: Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Experience: At least 7 years as a functional analyst with Infor M3 in a supply chain environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Infor M3 configuration and integration with specialized software applications. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities to optimize supply chain processes.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
