Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple SCM modules and be able to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

This role requires end-to-end involvement—from requirement gathering to configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle SCM applications including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

In addition to the above qualifications, experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud is desirable. A domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries would also be beneficial.
